Club President
Earlier this month I had the pleasure of joining three friends to play in the College Club golf tournament annual event. What struck me was how everyone was welcomed and enjoyed themselves, whether first rate golfers, like many of our faithful, or total duffers, like yours truly. There was no pretentious exclusion of the pro's from the dummies. The same is true among our members whether at cards - such as bridge or gin - or dominos or just visiting in the lounge. This genuine eye to eye friendliness is why I love this club. If you have a friend, son or daughter who would enjoy such an atmosphere, why not bring them in and invite them to join? There's no place like it.
